Making and receiving payments

You can make payments and request withdrawals via debit card or instant bank transfer.

To access your Plucky.com wallet, click your initials in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will open your account menu - you will see “wallet”. Within the wallet menu you will see all your transactions as well as your ‘Account lifetime position’ which shows you overall win/loss.

If you have a Plucky.com balance you will be able to withdraw that to your chosen bank account.

All transactions to and from plucky appear as Plucky.com.

How long until i get my money?

Customers who use a Visa Debit or Prepaid card, including those connected to Apple Pay, can receive their withdrawals much faster. To be eligible for this faster service, the withdrawal must be made to an approved 'Faster Withdrawal' Visa Debit or

Prepaid card, which can take up to 2 hours in some cases. (Limits may apply.)

Withdrawals from other cards usually take 2-3 business days to arrive in your account. However, it's important to keep in mind that, due to bank processing times, withdrawals may take up to 5 business days to reach you.

Why can’t I withdraw my funds?

There are various reasons why a card withdrawal may not go through, including:

• Some UK-issued Mastercards do not provide "collection account" information, meaning that the issuer has not made an underlying account available for us to refund money to.
• You are using a Mastercard issued outside of the listed countries.
• You are using a Mastercard issued within the listed countries, but attempting to withdraw more funds than you deposited using that card.
• You are using a Mastercard BusinessCard that does not allow withdrawals.
• You are using a Visa card issued in a country or by a creditor that does not permit withdrawals.
